So it seems that GW Bush has finally picked up a three year old newspaper!!! What a scholar.

Doinus proud! GW.

This of course is a trick: Carl Rove, or whoever thinks behind the face, decided Bush should own up and take responsibility. This is bound to boost the sliding ratings.
